Lateness, Cancellations & No-Shows Policies

• Please arrive approx. 10 minutes in advance to allow your appointment begins on time or the service may need to be shortened, in which case full charges apply.

• Cancellations/Changes: 24 hours' notice required. Late cancellations/changes: 50% of service total. Same-day cancellations: 100% of service total.

•No-Shows: 100% of service total will be charged.

•Cancellations & No-Show Fees must be paid before new bookings.
